1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "rp08," "We," "Us," "Our," refers to the rp08 platform, its operators, and authorized representatives.
• "You," "Your," "User," "Member," "Player," refers to any individual who registers an account or uses the rp08 services.
• "Account" means the unique user account created by you on the rp08 platform to access betting and gaming services.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, wagering, and related products offered through the rp08 website, including sports betting, live casino, slots, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (cockfighting wagering), and other products.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other betting market offered on rp08.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by rp08, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by rp08 to confirm your identity, age, and residence.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the rp08 platform.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By registering an account on rp08, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of account registration. rp08 strictly enforces age restrictions in compliance with Indonesian regulations and international responsible gaming standards. Any user found to be underage will have their account immediately suspended, all pending wagers voided, and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Residency Requirement

You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesian territory when placing wagers on rp08. Use of VPN services, proxy servers, or other location-masking technologies to circumvent geo-restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. Individuals who are legally restricted from entering contracts (for example, those under guardianship, bankruptcy proceedings, or court-ordered gambling prohibitions) are not eligible to use rp08 services.

2.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on rp08. Registration of multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) is strictly forbidden, regardless of reason. This includes but is not limited to:

• Creating a second account after self-exclusion or account closure;
• Registering multiple accounts using different email addresses or phone numbers;
• Using family members' or friends' names to create additional accounts on your behalf;
• Attempting to circumvent bonus restrictions or abuse promotions by opening multiple accounts.

rp08 uses sophisticated fraud-detection algorithms to identify duplicate accounts. Any user found in violation of the single-account policy will have all associated accounts permanently closed, all pending wagers voided, and all balances (including deposits and winnings) forfeited without notice or refund.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on rp08, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID);
• Date of birth (to verify you are at least 21 years old);
• Valid email address and mobile phone number;
• Residential address in Indonesia;
• Preferred currency (IDR) and account password.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, and any security codes). rp08 is not liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

rp08 is required to verify the identity of all users in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming standards. You may be asked to provide the following documents at any time, particularly before your first withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo ID: Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi), or Indonesian Passport;
• Proof of address: Recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your registered address (issued within the last 3 months);
• Proof of payment method: Bank account statement or screenshot showing your name and account number matching your registered rp08 payment method.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges. All documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. Submission of forged, doctored, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate and permanent account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rp08 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available).

All transactions must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Winnings from third-party-funded wagers will be forfeited.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but responsible gaming daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits can be set voluntarily in your account settings. Once a deposit limit is established, it cannot be increased for at least 24 hours (cooling-off period) but can be decreased immediately.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with an average processing time of under 3 minutes for verified accounts. Withdrawal conditions include:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified (identity, address, and payment method confirmed);
• You must have completed at least 1x wagering turnover on your deposited funds (this is an anti-money-laundering requirement, not a bonus condition);
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by rp08 support;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction.

rp08 absorbs all transaction fees for deposits and withdrawals. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount that will arrive in your bank account or e-wallet, with no deductions.

4.4 Delayed or Declined Withdrawals

rp08 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request under the following circumstances:

• Your account has not completed KYC verification;
• Suspicious activity or potential fraud has been detected on your account;
• Your account is under investigation for bonus abuse, collusion, or terms violations;
• You have active bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements (unless you forfeit the bonus);
• A chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal has been initiated on a previous deposit.

If your withdrawal is delayed for investigation, rp08 will notify you via email within 72 hours with the reason and expected resolution timeline. Most investigations are completed within 7 business days.

5. Betting & Wagering Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on rp08 are subject to acceptance by our system. A bet is considered accepted only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet slip reference number. rp08 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of:

• Obvious pricing errors or technical glitches in displayed odds;
• Suspected syndicate betting or coordinated wagering patterns;
• Bets placed after an event has started (unless the market is explicitly labeled as "in-play" or "live betting");
• Wagers that exceed your account balance or available funds.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Winning bets are settled and credited to your account balance immediately following official result confirmation. For sports betting, results are determined based on official league/federation rulings. If an official result is later overturned (for example, due to match-fixing investigations or disciplinary actions), rp08 reserves the right to void and re-settle affected bets.

5.3 Voided and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be voided (stake refunded) under the following conditions:

• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or abandoned before completion;
• An obvious technical error occurred (for example, odds displayed as 1000.00 instead of 1.10);
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, fraud, or system exploitation;
• The participant (team, player, fighter, horse) is withdrawn or disqualified before the event begins.

5.4 In-Play and Live Betting

rp08 offers live betting on selected sports and events. Odds update in real-time based on match progression. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, there may be a short delay (typically 2-6 seconds) between the time you place a bet and the time it is confirmed. If a significant event occurs during this delay (for example, a goal is scored), rp08 reserves the right to reject the bet.

5.5 Special Rules for Indonesian Markets

For togel (Indonesian lottery numbers games), results are determined by official draw results from authorized lottery operators. For sabung ayam (cockfighting), results are based on the official match outcome as declared by the arena or sanctioning body. rp08 does not operate or control these events — we provide wagering markets only.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

rp08 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: The number of times you must wager bonus funds before they convert to withdrawable cash (e.g., 10x wagering means a Rp 100,000 bonus requires Rp 1,000,000 in total wagers);
• Eligible games: Some bonuses are restricted to specific game categories (e.g., sports betting only, slots only, live casino excluded);
• Minimum odds requirements: For sports betting bonuses, wagers may need to be placed at minimum odds (e.g., 1.50 or higher) to count toward wagering;
• Maximum bet limits: While a bonus is active, your maximum bet per wager may be capped (typically Rp 50,000 per bet);
• Expiration dates: Bonuses must be wagered and requirements met within a specified time period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days).

6.2 Bonus Forfeiture

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support. Forfeiting a bonus will remove all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds from your account. Your deposited cash balance (if any) will remain intact.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

rp08 operates a fair and transparent bonus system. The following behaviors are considered bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potentially account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;
• Coordinated betting with other users to guarantee profit from bonus funds (arbitrage, hedging, matched betting);
• Using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously on roulette);
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unfair advantage.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rp08 platform. Violation of any of these rules will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsifying documents, identity theft, or any form of financial fraud;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, sharing account information, or engaging in syndicate betting;
• Use of bots or automated software: Employing scripts, bots, or third-party software to place bets, manipulate odds, or automate gameplay;
• Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets based on non-public information, involvement in match-fixing, or exploitation of insider knowledge;
• Money laundering: Using rp08 to launder illicit funds, process third-party transactions, or engage in any activity inconsistent with normal recreational betting;
• Abusive behavior: Harassment, threatening language, or abusive conduct toward rp08 staff or other users;
• Circumventing restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location or bypass rp08 security measures.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may voluntarily close your rp08 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending wagers are settled and KYC verification is complete.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may self-exclude your account for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place wagers. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected time period expires. 8.3 Involuntary Account Closure

rp08 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to be underage or have provided false identity information;
• You have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Your account exhibits patterns of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute against rp08;
• You are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• rp08 is required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

In cases of involuntary closure due to terms violations, rp08 may withhold any remaining account balance, including deposits and winnings, as compensation for damages incurred.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While rp08 strives to provide 24/7 service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. rp08 is not liable for service disruptions caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance or system upgrades;
• Third-party infrastructure failures (internet outages, banking system downtime);
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, cyber-attacks).

9.2 Third-Party Content

rp08 provides access to third-party game content (slots, live casino tables, etc.) developed by external studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and others. rp08 is not responsible for the accuracy, fairness, or functionality of third-party game software. Disputes regarding third-party games should be directed to the respective game provider.

9.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall rp08's total liability to you for any claim, loss, or damage exceed the amount you deposited into your rp08 account during the six (6) months preceding the claim. rp08 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, concern, or dispute regarding your rp08 account or any wager, your first step should be to contact our 24/7 customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Most issues are resolved within 24-48 hours.

10.2 Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with the initial support response, you may escalate your complaint by submitting a formal written complaint via email. Include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, relevant bet slip numbers or transaction IDs, and any supporting documentation. rp08 will investigate and respond within 7 business days.

10.3 Final Decision

rp08's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding. By using rp08 services, you agree to accept rp08's ruling on all matters related to betting outcomes, account management, and terms interpretation.

11. Changes to Terms

rp08 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the rp08 website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of rp08 services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes (such as modifications to eligibility requirements, payment policies, or liability limitations) will be announced via email to all active users at least 7 days before taking effect.
